Do you accept direct billing?
Yes, direct billing is available for most insurance companies. I also provide receipts for self-claims if your insurance covers acupuncture treatment.
How do I know if my insurance accepts direct billing?
Most insurers are accepted for direct billing. Please refer to the third slide to see the list of direct billing options.
If your insurance is not accepted for direct billing, cash or e-transfer payment is required, and you can claim by yourself.
Is it possible to receive treatment without using draping?
No, draping is mandatory for all treatments to ensure professionalism and adherence to standards.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available on the front driveway or on the street for your convenience.

How often do I do the treatments?
For acupuncture, it's recommended to have sessions every other day for certain issues, with a total of 3 sessions.
After treatment, what should I pay attention to?
Following acupuncture treatment, avoid alcohol, spicy food, and sesame oil to maintain treatment efficacy.
Are you licensed for acupuncture treatment?
Yes, I'm a registered acupuncturist in Nova Scotia and a member of CMAAC
