What I Offer
Since the 1990s, during my time at Beijing Normal University, I've practiced Chinese Qigong and Meditation, infusing these experiences into all my therapies. With diverse techniques like painless acupuncture, reflexology, massage, and more, I provide comprehensive holistic treatments tailored to your needs.
Painless Acupuncture
My acupuncture sessions prioritize comfort, promoting deep relaxation and restoring balance to the body's yin and yang. I offer various acupuncture techniques, including Abdominal, Arm, Wrists & Ankles, and Belly Button Acupuncture, drawing from the rich tradition of Traditional Chinese Medicine to address a wide range of health symptoms.
Reflexology
Reflexology, an ancient practice dating back over 5000 years, stimulates the body's self-healing abilities without the use of needles or drugs. Suitable for all ages, it accelerates recovery and improves immunity. Additionally, I offer reflexology training for families, promoting overall well-being.
Painless Acupuncture & Reflexology Combined
Combine the benefits of painless acupuncture and reflexology for a more effective and efficient treatment. Save time and money while experiencing the synergistic effects of these complementary therapies.
Massage
Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, my massages follow meridians and points to promote balance and wellness. From deep tissue to relaxation massages, each session targets specific concerns like digestion, neck & shoulder syndrome, and low back pain.
Stomach Massage (八卦揉腹)
Focused on the stomach, this massage technique aids digestion, relieves neck & shoulder syndrome, alleviates low back pain, and facilitates weight loss by targeting key meridian points.
Chanpai (禅拍) Massage
Using gentle tapping motions, Chanpai massage releases tension and promotes circulation, effectively loosening fascia and facilitating overall well-being.
Guasha
This deep massage technique induces the release of small, red, rash-like dots, relieving wind, cold, heat, dampness, dryness, and fire from the body while enhancing circulation.
Cupping
Moxibustion
Moxibustion, involving the burning of mugwort leaves, complements acupuncture by enhancing healing. Effective for various conditions such as breast nodules, lipomas, and shingles, it also aids in infertility treatment and reduces dysmenorrhea.
